RETURN POLICY

Any returns must be in undamaged condition. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

We warranty our work provided you follow our care instructions. Damage caused by placing our boards in a dishwasher or leaving them soaking in water is not covered. We use only Titebond III, which is both waterproof and food safe; however, any board left soaking in water or run through a dishwasher will eventually fail, and we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse.

If one of our boards cracks or separates and there is no evidence of mishandling, we will replace it after the original board is returned.
